I'm thinking support for an idempotent extension loading keyword:

use_extension "hadoop"

extensions should be loaded from an internal extensions lookup (local to babashka core) or from ~/.babashka/extensions/.

extensions should be able to extend locals, I'm unsure how to go about implementing this though for now.
