Stripe is not notifying users when their subscription expires, just removing the widget from their dashboard. #45

There should be a notification email to warn users that they are about to expire. Check in Stripe to see if configuration would fix this.
If there is an expired payment in Stripe, the widget shouldn't disappear, but should show a warning state. This will need to be added to the ` components.

Mock up what the warning widget should look like for July 3rd
