Improve environment setup guide and contributor's guide

This issue is a:

Current behavior:

Dev environment setup is filled with steps that are considered as 'chore-y' & hassly, some steps are even no longer required (e.g. scraper credentials, since we're using update matkul now).

Requested behavior:

Environment setup that is automated (kak jofil suggested to create a complete bash scripts that compile all the 12 steps).

Why this behavior is better:

So that everyone who has no experience with sunjad can get the app running w/ less hassle.
