Images are not synchronized when EXIF (attributes) data is changed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changing image's EXIF data (attributes) is not treated as file modification 
and therefore is not synchronized.
I was changing "Date picture taken" and it was not treated as change. Also 
change of other image EXIF parameters is not identified.

Using SyncSharp version 2.1 on Windows 7

I have tested multiple sync tools and this issue is applicable to most of them. 
I think that SyncSharp is best sync tool I've seen (i have my own rating and 
performance parameters) and hope that you will make fix of this.
I am modifying EXIF data for many images in my library and need it very much. 
Currently i am using Microsoft offline file sync (files are stored on NAS) and 
it identifies all changes including file attribute changes.
