What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No metadata is generated when the two folders are the same during the
initial synchronization.
2. When files are modified by scripts, the modifications are not detected
by the program.
3. Renaming which is mentioned in the user guide, is not detected,
instead, deletion and creation of files / folders is used to resolve
renaming problem and contribute to the duplicate copies of files.
4. Deletion of two different files in the source and target folders will
lead to restoring the deleted files.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No restoration of deleted file is required. Renaming is to be detected.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
No metadata is generated when the two folders are the same during the
initial synchronization. These led to the failure of detecting events even
though the folders are “sync”ed.
Suggestion:
Generate metadata after the first sync, even if the folders are the same.
