Detailed description

This pr fixes rz-test -i fixing when REGEXP_FILTER_OUT or REGEXP_FILTER_ERR is set. Tests to try this on include archos/linux-x64/dbg_afvd / dbg_dmh / dbg_oo / dbg_trace.

Test plan

Manual testing is needed. All builds are green.
