Newest version of oemof-solph not compatible #266

In the current relase of oemof-solph 0.4.5.dev0 the module solph.custom has been removed. Therefore example_model does not run since it relys on custom functionality like "solph.custom.PiecewiseLinearTransformer". Reverting oemof-solph to the commit eccf95fcaae243022b5f9f6886534bfc085c888f from 21.6.2022 and installing it from this state solved this issue.
