It's been over a year since I backed up my Audible library. I've added many titles since then. When I opened Libation on my computer, it had me download the latest version and log in.

I was able to scan my library and see all of my titles. But when I try to "liberate" them, I get an error message for every single title. Even clicking on one at a time gives me the same message as when I try to do the whole library at once.

I get a popup that says:

Skip importing this book?

An error occurred while trying to process this book. Skip this book permanent?

Title details...

Click YES to skip this book permanently

Click No to skip the book this time only. We'll try again later.

See Settings to avoid this box in the future.

I have changed the destination folder to see if that changed anything and it didn't.

I've successfully used Libation in the past. I don't know what I could be doing differently this time. Help? Thank you.

I am using Windows 10 on a laptop.

While I was getting these error messages, I went back and forth between try again later and skip permanently. Now several books seem to have an X where the traffic light should be. The X stays even when I rescan my library. How do I make those titles downloadable? When I click them, it says file not found.

Sorry about this. Can you attach your latest log to this ticket? In Libation's Settings, there's a button for 'open log folder' to help you find it.
