Hi,
I would like to use my lower body mocap c3d recordings with your walking humanoid model to calculate lower body joint torques. I have read previous issue report and the readme but I am still confused.
I converted my c3d into .mat to be able to run it through the data generation code provided. However, the joint labels used in my recordings differ from the model ones. Therefore, I think my confusion lies at the remapping process. If i understood correctly from previous reports, I have to open the humanoid model on mujoco and visually find positions or values? But what is the comparison as I do not have a model but movement recordings ?
Warm regards
