Just wanted to put it out there that if anyone has already found a good replacement for this in GA4, please reply so we can know about it too!
I know the new "Engagement" section of GA4 is a lot better than the old timing stuff in previous GA versions, but it strikes me that Riveted still offered something worthwhile in checking that people were scrolling/clicking every 30s. The new system seems like it will count an open but ignored tab as "engaged" indefinitely.
Anyway, Thanks to the author for putting this great plugin out there back in the day. It's been invaluable to our non-profit journalism organization for A/B testing designs. Hopefully "Engagement" won't be too weak of a substitute.
