dependencies vs devDependencies

Hi community,

I was wondering if we should install qwik-speak as a devDependency as stated in the README.md file or as a dependency.

I was wondering about this, and I know that qwik-speak provides multiple development tools, like qwik-speak-extract, but it is used directly in production (e.g.: useQwikSpeak, inlineTranslate, translatePath, etc).

What should the guide be here?
