Word Wrap Issue on Chapter Titles in Sidebar

When creating longer chapter titles, the text on the sidebar appears to overflow into other chapter titles, causing issues like this. The image attached above gives a good example.

For reference, the mock Chapter Titles are called:
Chapter 1 - A Very Long Example Chapter Title

Chapter 2 - Another Very long Example of A Title

Chapter 3 - You get the point.
