Interactive Wallpapers break after clicking them.

Describe the bug
All Interactive Wallpapers break if I move the focus onto the desktop. but they become interactive again after moving the focus to anything else off of the desktop.

Edit: All interactivity is Broken, even when focusing other things. but if I open a Wallpaper Preview inside the app, it works perfectly.

Bug appeared after Installing some games, and one of those games did change my resolution while playing, and it took a second to snap back, maybe the resolution change broke the wallpaper?

Attempted Fixes
Restarted My Laptop
Restarted the app multiple times.
Switched between Wallpapers
Verified that it should be interactive in app settings.
I Tried Deleting it and re-installing it again, but the issue is still there.

Forcing a Termination Via App Settings followed by a Repair after leaving the computer sleeping idly seems to have fixed the problem. I will leave this ticket open as I am pretty sure that a game that Is Fullscreen but Changes the Screen Resolution causes the issue. Edited 5/13/2023 @ 5:14 PM EST.
