Bouke/Heleen - in conversation with the GSC Team we identified interest to work on a clear learning pathway to build capacity within GSC on IM. They have been developing e-learning methodologies.

As a Global Shelter Coordinator
I want to have a strong expert pool of members
So that I deploy people with confidence.

What needs to be done

Beta Give feedback

1. Scope the activity with GSC - Neil and Pablo on the existing e-learnings
2. Identifying what we want people to learn and does the material fits for that purpose
3. Review e-learning GSC
4. Developing a training plan
5. Share Training plan with staff members and collect feedback
