As a IFRC Regional Contact person for SafeHOme
I want to scope the technical support 510 can provide for the Shelter for Rental project
So that I support Lituania RC with roll-out of the IM systems and build capacity locally

1. Connect with Denisse Solis on the actual need
2. Scope technical support needs
3. Identify if there is budget / project to support with the technical support

1. Tested and reviewed
2. Documented the changes in the appropriate location
3. Handed over to requester
