What would be best settings to convert this to playable video?

This is esp32-cam with some firmware... using different browsers doesn't help
EDGE, Firefox, Chrome

You would need to transcode the videos by setting codec: h264 in your camera config under the recorder block, that should hopefully resolve your issues

Tried it, still doesn't help
