[BUG] Dimension reduction of GSSOC and Hacktoberfest images in readme file

Description

The dimensions of the GSSOC and hacktoberfest banners in the readme files is very large.
Needs to be resized appropriately.

Steps to Reproduce

Large images unnecessarily reduce overall aesthetics of the repo making it difficult to navigate to other sections.

Will resize the images in the readme file to improve overall aesthetics of the same.
