Doesn't always respond

"vol" or even "v" will bring up the plugin in the results list. Enter appears to activate it but the present volume level readout is missing and it doesn't respond to its keys (+-m). I tried changing the trigger word, no effect. I changed it back to "vol", still no effect. Uninstalling and reinstalling corrects the issue but I don't know what causes it to stop working yet; if it's a time-based thing or what.
