hey @agentlewis, made some minor changes: 1f0a7d8

Any Member can expense off any items they identify as being a business expense. Coordinators will facilitate this to provide support and understanding of what constitutes a business expense. Member expenses will be accounted for through deducting the expense minus GST from their internal account.

**Everyday business lunch expenses will be standardised to $20/day to make internal accounting easier.

this feels like a lot of money to spend on lunch, maybe it's not. is lunch a Team expense or a Member expense? if a Team expense, it feels like this will create the same FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) vibe i mentioned before where everyone wants to spend as much team money as is possible every day because otherwise they miss out on "free money". also if a Team expense, it's in the wrong section, since this is in the Member section.

So I am suggesting lunches not a team expense but a member expense. Hence why its in the members section. We can tidy up the text so thats clearer.

We could also drop it to 15

@agentlewis if it's a member expense, do we even need a limit?

It's not a limit - it's a fixed sum.

@ahdinosaur rather then trying to work out how much each person spent and associating it with the right person we just track who got lunch and mark them for a fixed 15 or 20 expense. It doesn't matter to me if it's more or less. I suspect peeps will spend spend more rather then less - because fomo. I think overtime peeps will start buying what they want rather then on cost. TBH it doesn't matter to me.

Fixing the cost means that the admin of this is still low.
