I'm on an older ROS version (melodic).

But when I call snapshot callback through the service and up here:

rosbag_snapshot/rosbag_snapshot/src/snapshotter.cpp

Line 451 in 04b0479

if (!bag.isOpen())

Has it then cleared the catch/buffer at that time?
