Update Kinova Robotics release team membership

Updates to kinova_robotics release team membership.

New team members

• @aalmrad Kinova Robotics package.xml

Retiring team members

• @felixmaisonneuve package.xml

A pull request has been created on rosdistro to push a new release for the ros2_kortex packages and it is really important to update the release team members with the minimum delays so I can get write access to the ros2-gbp release repository and continue blooming releases.

I'm referencing the original release team issue and the previously mentioned rosdistro pull request

It looks like @aalmrad is now the maintainer in the upstream package.xml Kinovarobotics/ros2_kortex@566c345 , so they have write access to the source repo

@nuclearsandwich what's the next step of this process to get them right access to the release repo?

@sloretz i contacted Kinova and confirmed @aalmrad is working there.

Felix and myself can be removed.
Felix no longer works at Kinova, and I no longer have access to an arm... 😉 unless they loan me another one
