Is it safe to autorise untested application, or unfortunatly you have some more job to do before we ca use it ?

I think it should be ok. For the record: NC29 support is being worked on, see 915e733

I actually just bumped the limit in the info.xml file and things just seem to work. I have just uploaded a pre-release and created a stable29 branch with precompiled assets.

Unfortunatly I'll not be able to use your plugin, because the server I use has not the required programs, and I have no access to install them.
