32bit support like old devcpp

I am missing the 32bit debug and release option. I am retrocoding a lot, and needed a fast and good C compiler. This RedPanda seems to me very good alternative, unfortunately 32bit is missing from the options.

You can add other versions of gcc compiler through tools / options / compiler / compiler set .
