Datasource Settings/CSV: options aren't passed to the reader.

Using GDELT csv:

The delimiter is wrongly autodetected as , - it should be \t.

But manually correcting the delimiter in the DataSource settings does not change the results - it seems the datasource settings are never passed to the reader.
