Currently the highlighting on hover highlights both the value cells (in the grid) as well as the header cells (row- and column headers).

It would be cool if ppl could choose which ones should be highlighted. The options should be orthogonal.

Excel only highlights the row and column headers, and that can be a good option.
Highlighting only the cells could also work, as it may provide sufficient info to find the corresponding headers.
