The skip intro button persists until the timestamp of the video is greater than the intro timestamp.

For better UX, we should auto-hide the button when the player is not active (ie. when other video controls also hide). This allows the end user to decide if they want to skip the intro or not, and if they choose not to, the button will be unobtrusive.
