Eurex does not close on German National Day #323

As one can check on https://www.eurex.com/ex-en/trade/trading-calendar/holiday-regulations, Eurex does not close on German National Day (the 3rd of October).

So it should be removed from the list of regular holidays in https://github.com/rsheftel/pandas_market_calendars/blob/master/pandas_market_calendars/calendars/eurex.py#L119C17-L119C34
