externalip: 4.ifcfg.me is dead #2

The commands for https, telnet and ftp depends on 4.ifcfg.me which does not seem to be live anymore. It would be nice to have some means of getting an IP info via these protocols.

I made a workaround for using netcat to send a HTTP request here: Eeemil/dotfiles@2dbef83#diff-ec20fb240e117fea7b0049c21edf1ef3
