Add a settings option to make the media upload field mandatory on the frontend.

Currently, the media field upload field on the frontend is optional. Add a setting in the plugin to enable or disable this field as mandatory. If the setting is enabled, the media field will become mandatory, requiring users to upload an image in order to post their activity.
