Add a "prospective demo" mode for BERTrend

Currently, provided examples focus on restrospective analysis (we provide a dataset and we identify in the past trends and weak signals that occur). The idea is to add another demonstrator that will look into new incoming data to analyze trends in near real time and suggest weak signals as soon as they are detected.
