Fixes for PFont on linux (especially WordCram examples)

Stretch Release

This release targets oracle jdk8 as installed on Rasbian Stretch.

Get rid off some remaining Apple crud

Now compiling with openjdk12+, though still targeting jdk8 (32bit) for raspberryPI.

Features hype and grafica library examples.

Targetting jruby-9.2.1.0 and processing-3.4

Requires jruby-9.2.1.0 to support install from rubygems.

Fix library loader

Change P2D to Java2D so more sketches actually run (pity some really require P2D)

Bigger set of examples

Examples much expanded be sure to picrate -i Samples taking care to relocate any files you might have created in ~/picrate_samples first.
