I could build working images with requirements.txt like
-pydantic<2 +pydantic -Pillow==10.2.0 +Pillow -gradio==4.11.0 +gradio +# added to fix version conflict +httpx==0.24.1 +torchmetrics==0.11.4 +slack_sdk
but couldn't resolve ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torchvision.transforms.functional_tensor' without following hack
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torchvision.transforms.functional_tensor'
RUN sed -i 's/from torchvision.transforms.functional_tensor import rgb_to_grayscale/from torchvision.transforms.functional import rgb_to_grayscale/' /usr/local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/basicsr/data/degradations.py
