[Feature Request] Add notice for board images w/known issues

Currently we have many board images inside packages-index, for some of them, while they do work out of the box somehow, there are still some known issues, or some work arounds are needed.

We should probably add a notice about this, either:

• point a link to issue lists

or:

• point to test reports from support-matrix project
  • (and the support matrix team will add more info about these known issues in our test reports)
