Suggestion: Option to add Opposite Card automatically

Presently, in order to create a card with (Language1 to Language 2) and (Language 2 to Language 1) of one word, I need to actively create 2 cards. A nice addition would be to offer to create the opposite card automatically, which would reduce the time spent on adding cards.

Example:

I create the card (Apple - Apfel) with an option to automatically create (Apfel - Apple).
