I notice that glmgen::trendfilter allows for sample weights, while genlasso::trendfilter does not. Any chance the sample weight option could be added to the genlasso functions? I only ask because I'm submitting a package to Bioconductor that requires weighted fused lassos, but the repository has strict rules against importing pacakges unavailable through CRAN or Bioconductor. Thanks for writing this awesome software, by the way!
