Describe the bug

When I pause my MIDI and resume it, the note that was playing won't play.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open signal
Add a note
Strat playing the note and pause at the middle
Resume

Expected behavior

The note won't play.

Desktop

OS: Windows 11 Version 21H2 (Build 22000.2538)
Browser: Chrome
Version: 130.0.6723.92 (Official build) (64 bits) (Stable)
