Not getting expected result when passing delay and jitter

Hi,
I am running DEMU with delay and jitter but not getting any expected result.
I am running iperf3 app to test bandwidth, jitter and packets loss on UDP

1. When run DEMU with 5000 us delay and 100 jitter
   `Demu server output

2. When Delay - 50000 & jitter 1000

Please share your suggestion on following point :

1. There is any other application where we can test delay, jitter & bandwidth with DEMU
2. How can be enable logs of DEMU Server or log file
