Menu bug after selecting "Chiang told me I could use the Karavan's services" #683

Once I've selected "Chiang told me I could use the Karavan's services" on the Karavan ambassador in Silan, everything I click on gives that option. Doubleclicking does nothing, requiring right click (which then shows the usual primary option such as attack as a secondary) to do anything.
