The R2 continent primitives are from an early alpha version

The R2 continent primitives are from an early alpha version. Winch Gate somehow lost the current ones. We're also missing the configuration for the R2 landscape lighting. It should be possible to reverse engineer the primitives by matching the actual release zonel and ig files for the affected zones. The lighting may be based on the regular landscape with an adjusted sun position.
