install python
install git
install ffmpeg
If you are on Windows, install "Microsoft Visual C++ 14".
git clone https://github.com/s0md3v/roop
cd roop && pip install -r requirements.txt
Download this file and keep it in roop directory. Mirror #1, Mirror #2, Mirror #3, Mirror #4

Done. You should be able to use this software with python run.py command.
