Add all Collab Cafe attendees as Contributors

Summary of issue

Currently the Contributors on the Contributors page of the document mainly consist of SATRE Core Team members. This is mainly due to PRs being made have come from the SATRE Core Team. Perhaps we had initially envisaged others in the Community making PRs, but given the high level of engagement at the Collab Cafes maybe we should just add every attendee as a Contributor.

I propose we do this by emailing each person who has signed up to attend a Collaboration Cafe and ask if they would like to be included. The SATRE Team could then manually add them to the Contributors page if they agree to this.

What needs to be done?

• Decide if we are happy to add all attendees of Collaboration Cafes to the Contributors section
• Contact attendees via email to ask if they are happy to be included as a Contributor
• Manually input the details
