Add tests for subroutines in evolution.F90 #1

Some code has been extracted from the main subroutine to allow better testing coverage.
Example of notable things to test for:

consistency of evolution and initialization of momenta across the "third" dimension
difference in initialization of pseudofermion fields across the "third" dimension
