・文字の強調をh1を使い分ける
・headerをb-containerの中に入れる
・top.vueが二つある
・スマホ対応(特にtop)
・layoutのcss整理
・見出しとコンテンツとの距離
・/のlayoutの出し分けをシンプルにできないか？
