The run_zscore function throws an error if

  • There is no overlap between a network and one of the columns of mat, and also if
  • There is only one site overlapping - because R then coerces kin_sub[, valid_pps] to a one-dimensional object, which later on leads to kinaseScores not having names() anymore.
