Seem like this issue #1423 is still around in 2025 in portmaster 1.6.10 stable

Restarting the core service manually each time is not a solution.
Windows 10 not 8 here

@LiberteIV did you read my comment in there, the issue is the pinned icon - you don't have to restart anything.

This is fixed in the beta, and as soon as this goes into stable this issue is gone... nothing is ignored, but not everything is commented 😉
