Add info on warehouse allocations for OrderBulkCreateOrderLineInput

There's a returning question about the required warehouse field OrderBulkCreateOrderLineInput- some users think it should not be a required non-nullable field.
We should explicitly explain that it is a required field because allocations are taking place even before fulfillment (regardless of order status) and they can not be committed here.
