Enhance dealing with Step name

Today step names are plain strings. It might get difficult to address steps with full name. Add useful features to enhance the consumer experience. Some of them can be:

• Deal with Duplicate stepname
• json path sort of way to give full path
• regex
• Derive/Search stepname with params like httpmethod, parent folder etc
