Relenv 0.18.0 is not in packages.broadcom.com

As of today (05.11.2024), https://packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/saltproject-generic/relenv/ does not contains version 0.18.0, and thus fail with fetch command.

Steps to reproduce:

• Follow https://github.com/saltstack/salt/blob/master/doc/topics/packaging/index.rst#how-to-build-deb-packages

Using tools pkg build deb --arch x86_64 --relenv-version 0.17.4:

Unable to find file on any hosts repo.saltproject.io woz.io

Using tools pkg build deb --arch x86_64 --relenv-version 0.18.0:

Unable to find file on any hosts: github.com packages.broadcom.com repo.saltproject.io woz.io

Didn't find one. Don't have time to build myself the 0.18.0 version in order to be able to build the salt packages myself ...
