Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Moving from v0.74 to v0.76, I've noticed that <**rest_path> had become {**rest_path}. I also previously encountered that getting **rest_path became getting rest_path. I don't follow development that closely, but it seems like things like this are sometimes worth mentioning because it takes time to find the problem.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make CHANGELOG.md or MIGRATION.md with breaking features description. This will greatly help developers in understanding the development flow and when migrating from one version of the framework to another.
