ThreadedWebsocketManager.stop() has no effect

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
After I use twm, I want to be able to restart every hour, and then when executing stop function, it does not end, twm.is_alive() will always be true

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Python version: 3.11
• Virtual Env: conda
• OS: Centos
• python-binance version: 1.0.22
